Advice on successfully advertising for self employed candidates

Hi I'm currently looking to expand our services and utilise my salon space with a self employed Hairdresser/Beautician/Nail tech. Can anyone recommend a site which I can successfully advertise, without wasting my time and money please. I have tried a salon recruitment agency and of coarse Gum tree and various other sites so far lol
