Hi All
Iv just booked my training for waxing, the info im looking for, can anyone recommend Waxing Pots (for heating wax)

Iv looked into to the kits for the courses, but they seem really cheap.

There is alot on the market, and im not too sure which is the best.

Many thanks

Newbie

This should all be covered in your training course to be honest,
but the hive 1000 are a popular choice amongst the geeks on here

Hi,

Sorry cannot help on Heaters but would HIGHLY recommend PhD System.
Good luck

I second the Hive 1000 heaters, everthing you will ever need.

I used to have the hive heater and then, when it came to the end of it's life, I got a double one - nothing fancy, just an el cheapo from beauty express.

I like the double one because it keeps everything together.

Hive 1000cc for me every day. Good luck with your training. xxx

Thanks Guys,
That is my problem, i carnt wait and i hate buying cheap,

Hive 1000cc heaters are fab and I have had a couple of them and not experienced any real problems other than when I have had a busy busy day waxing the wax does tend to get a little hotter once I am half way down the pot and I do end up having to turn it down a little. This could be something to do with the heater being old and the thermostat not working as it should, but not sure.

Recently though I bought a Deo digital heater and so far it is excellent. Even when the wax is half way down the pot, it still keeps it at a constant temperature. I would definitely buy another one.

.
That happens with mine too. xxx

That's happened to mine as well. Therefore I switched to Clean & Easy roller wax now. It's really convenient, save time in waxing and also from the mess.

I still use the Hive 1000cc heater pot for parafin wax.

MANY THANKS GUYS.

it seems a few people have had the same problem with the hive 1000cc heater.
Which deo digital heater do you use, as i have searched the net and there is a few different ones.
Thanks.

I think it is the equivalent to the hive 1000, and is the largest one they do.

I have to say even half way down the pot the wax is still a lovely even temperature. I also think that Hive have brought out a digital heater aswell but haven't seen this one yet.
