Hi again everyone

I'm looking to get a bolster cushion and a head pillow for my couch and would like advice whats good and whats not.

Bolster cushion is mainly for under knees when clients lying down for while.

Then I want something to use when I'm doing neck and shoulder massage so that my client is nice and comfy but I can also reach right down around the shoulders and neck during massage.

Any ideas anyone???

Thanks Heather

I have invested in a wonderful cushion called the 'comfy cushion' which was designed by 2 therapists. It uses memory foam and is so helpful to a range of clients.

www.thecomfyclient.org check out the testimonials (says it all)

The ladies who designed are lovely and all my clients are very happy with it.

Not sure about bolster cushions as I use either a normal pillow that I cover in a towel and plump it to suit the client or a rolled up towel.

I use a squishy bolster cushion that I bought from tesco, has the little beans in it like a bean bag and cost about a fiver.

I have a long oblong pillow that I bought in the sale from bhs for £7, its the length of the couch but half the width of a normal pillow so excellent for doing facials on it.

I often use rolled up towels as bolsters for legs, knees, etc.

I also use a horseshoe pillow to cover the facehole, I got that from aldi.
