Advice Please!...Product change

Hi Geeks,

Have a bit of a dilemma. I have just started going mobile and have a few clients already through word of mouth. I did a facial on a client last week and she absolutely loved it and has already booked in for next month and has said she will have one every month.
At the moment I am using skin truth but now I have a bit of money to spend I am just about to invest in some eve taylor. The trouble is my client has very senstive skin but with skin truth she said it was brilliant. She could feel and see the difference straight away and the results lasted.
Now, do I continue her with the skin truth or go with eve taylor?
I would love to use eve taylor on everyone but should I stick with skin truth on this client? Eve taylor just seems more professional and I don't really want to buy two different brands.

Well, I think you have several options here...

1. Get the Eve Taylor in, and keep just the skin truth products you use on her tucked away for when she comes in for a facial, but use and advertise the ET products for everyone else.

2. Give your client some ET samples for her to try at home.

3. Invite your client to come for a quick taster facial, (cleanse, tone, moisturise) so she can experience the products being used on her skin professionally by you. It would only take about 15 minutes of your time, and she would feel like she's getting extra special treatment from you. You could explain that if she really doesn't like the ET products, or she reacts to them, you can hold onto the Skin truth ones just for her.

Or any combination of the above.
Others will probably come up with better ideas! :lol:
