Advice please re client record cards

Hello everyone who does mobile spray tanning, im just wondering does anyone make there own client record cards and do and dont's leaflets etc? Or do you have to buy them from the people you buy the solutions from? Thanks

I asked our insurance when we started and they said i could use our own .

I have our own made up for the salon. I am sure you know this but its important to remember to

1. store them securely and keep them for 6years for data protection
2. ensure you keep them updated with EVERY treatment
3. to make sure that nothing has changed since the last treatment and if it has to record the changes.
4.obtain the clients signature.
5.make sure that your consults cover everything. icluding contact info. details of patch tests taken. singature from clients, ensure that you have covered contraindications, such as allergies etc. and also what % the client has. and a section for you to make your own notes.

as for pre and post care leaflets, the same applies, you can supply your own.

I am sure that others can add to this list! I just cant think of anything else right now.

Oh and is it ok to use the brand name your using on your own leaflets or is this illegal?

oooh hi there i shouldnt see there would be a problem with using the suntana name especially if you are using the suntana products xx

hi there tiger jo just actually had a thought its technically illegal to use any logo or name that is copyrighted on any of your own leaflets posters etc without the companys permission.

just ask permission, there shouldnt be a problem at all if you ask.
