Hi All,

I am new to this site and am wanting a bit of advice please

I am starting a nail course in september which I am really excited about and am really intrested in beauty and have been looking at courses. I have had a look at the local college and they do a part time NVQ level 2 course. My question is, is this the correct way to do it or could you do seperate courses on which ever treatments you were intrested in such as a waxing course or a massage course or is it best to do the whole beauty course??

Any advice appreciated
Many Thanks x x

It depends how you want to learn. For me I preferred to do it all together but others may learn better digesting different skills separately. It depends what motivates you. If you do it all together there is the benefit of not having to keep taking time out to study as it's all done and you can get on with practising.

i had the same question wen i started beauty, but i decided to do it all, it was the best decision, i learnt all the treatments level 1 2 and 3, and im so glad i dun it, i now love other treatments that i didnt want to learn about, and youve got more chance of gettin a job through all the knowledge u will learn
