Hi, new to this so hear goes hope people see it.

I am in the very early stages of looking to taking over a hair and beauty salon i come from a beauty back gound but have no real experience in hair.
Looking not to employ staff what are the alternatives and the pros and cons of these e.g chair rental, % split, day rates etc etc.
I would be very gratefull for any advise and tips people could share with me.
Lots of grey areas i no nothing about, Thks, Thks, Thks:rolleyes:
