I've been doing nails for 20 years and it's truly my PASION. I've been using Backscratcher's Extreme for the last year and Backscratcher's Glass Glaze for the 19 years before that. I switched to Extreme because it said it was faster and less filing. I've never worked harder and longer than I do with Extreme. I'm allergic to liquid and powder, but I don't have any reaction to the Extreme. I'm so frustrated with how my client's nails are coming back and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I can make this product work to my ( and my clients) advantage!! I'm having alot of lifting around the cuticle, they look kinda cloudy because of that lifting. They have alot of breaks in the stress area. And the thickness is driving me CRAZY. I've even tried using a drill underneath the nail, which seems to be loosening them from the natural nail. HELP HELP HELP!!!

Why did you change what must've been a winning formula?? Why not go back to the original system that worked for you, hun?

You are right Geeg, however, the Extreme product said it was easier and faster with the same great results. I was hoping someone could tell me if it was easier and faster, and maybe I was doing something wrong. I do have some clients that it does work great on. This was my last ditch effort before going back to the Glass Glaze system.

I can only speak as to what I see in the industry here and I do not know of any great nail technician that is using this system. It has not taken off here in the UK as a viable alternative to any 'normal' system of enhancment where as there are still great technicians with really good businesses using only Fiberglass wraps, L&P or gels.

I haven't seen many nailtechs in Norway using Extreme either. I tried it when it first came out, but I never used it long enough to make up a decision about it. I just didn't like it when I first tried it, it was too brittle and too hard to file in.
