Airbrush white paint keeps cracking when applied

hiya i have had a few problems with airbrush paint i aplly a base coat and nails are smoothe but when i airbruch certain paints they crack am i doing something wrong or should i add anything to the paint

Does it crack when you put the top coat on?

I have found that when using some really quick dry topcoats, the paint cracks. Lumos which is a really quick dry topcoat doesnt crack though - 2 coats gives a fabulous shine.

I found that this happened if I put the white on too thickly or put the varnish on too thickly.

I had to make myself do lots of really thin coats as sometimes I would blast the paint on.

It may be something else but once I stopped doing really thick in one go whites it stopped happening.

itmostly cracks when i do put top coat on but you can see it cracking before that as well im giving it enought time to dry and im doing nail art as well most of the time
