Hi there, im a mobile nail tech and i do sculptured acrylic nails, when i do the back fills i usually drill off the white and re-do with white acrylic dunno if its just me being slow but it takes me a while, so i thought i would start using my airbrush and infill the nails as normal then airbrush on the white tip, although i dont want the white to chip. I usually use a uv top coat but im not sure whether this will stay on over airbrush paint or chip off? does anybody know of a good top coat to use that would REALLY last 2-3 weeks?
thanks guys x

I would suggest to quite... improve your skills on an infill... airbrush isn't fan of roads, and moving all the time.

but Magnetic offers such great top coat, I think it is. let me check that

No matter what you use, an airbrushed french will not last perfectly for 3 weeks like a French rebalance will.

Re-doing your whites does not need to take that long. Why drill it all off just to re-apply it again? It doesn't make sense. It's just nuts. It certainly isn't how I do a french fill.

I love my airbrush but really its not really a mobile piece of equipment and also you really need to perfect your technique rebalancing as its such a vital service. have a little search and read diff techniques as its not that hard once you master it.

I wuld say forget about airbrushing your smiles. As mentioned before it doesn,t last very long,if you put a uv topcoat on top you could still have a lot of chance of chipping on the free edge even if you cap it very well. the uv topcoat sits on a layer of paint instead of on the actual gel or l&p so it will never adhere that well. you will never be able to customize your smile lines enough due to the fact that you will have to use stencils to get your smile line.
Just push yourself a bit and try to perfect your technique rather then going for the quick fix.

how do you do your french re-balance then?
