I have come back into nails recently, practised on everyone who would let me, advertised like mad and talked about nothing else to anyone who will listen.

Anyway ....... had my 1st paying client tonight, Hurray , but .... she was not in !!!!, rang her mobile, she said "ooooooo so sorry, I forgot luv, hee hee". Re arranged for tommorow eve but it does smart dosnt it ladies.

Just thought Id share it as Im sure it happened to the best of us. Thanks for listening, feeling bit better now :|

Oh you poor thing, I know how hyped I was when I got my first paying customer, gets you so mad as tho your doing her a favour.

Well ever onwards and upwards as they say,:hug: x

Thanks Suze, can only get better !!

Maybe a quick, short text early morning to jog their memory.
'' Just to confirm your appointment today at (time). See you then (your name)''

Just a thought, better than a wasted journey.

thats a bummer for your first paying client, it won't be the last time you will be dissapointed by them (don't take the letdown personally).

check out the other posts on this matter, make a decision and nip it in the bud before it becomes a real issue.

I've had two ladies cancel this week by text less than an hour before their appointments!!!

AWW thanks you guys. Took your advice and I rang her half hour before appointment. She didnt answer her landline so I thought "here we go again" but she did answer her mob and this time she had remembered.

I am really buzzin now as I did a really nice set. an she said they were fab. Yay

I know I need to work on my confidence, my hubby says Im doing myself an injustice and being too hard on myself!!! If this lady is a repeat client, then I will be happy!

But I do feel goooooooody this eve

Thanks for your support Geeks
