Hi

Try as I might i just can't seem to get to grips with gelbond.... lost count of how many tubes i've thrown away!!!!

I try not to squeeze it but it still just pours out in reams... tried to put a dab of solar oil in the lid but still nothing. I've just had to throw away an almost brand new tube because of this ...

Is there an alternative that is as effective ( I love the way it applys) its just the tube I have trouble with!!!!!!!!

Thanks

Instead of an alternative, why not just learn how to squeeze the tube?

It is obvious you are not squeezing in the right place and also squeezing too hard.

First of all you squeeze from the middle not the bottom of the tube. This stops the pressure from building up in the tube (it's not toothpaste).

Second as you squeeze you watch the adhesive in the tube and as it gets to the end of the tube you stop. You only need to squeeze lightly.

Finally you never need to do more than make sure the end is clean and to replace the cap firmly. No need for Solar Oil.

It really is a simple thing to learn how to do. CND do make 2 other adhesives .. but they are thinner adhesives and do not do what GelBond does.
