We are looking for an experienced full or part time beauty therapist to join our friendly and busy hair/beauty team in Queens Park, London. The salon is to be under new management in the next 4 weeks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to get on board from the beginning, and be involved in decision making! You would essentially be self employed on either a FULLY FITTED room rental basis, or a commission split with the owner – all to be discussed.

The ideal candidate will be confident and have amazing interpersonal skills. It is an incredible opportunity as the beauty side of the business is already built up – and you would essentially be taking over an already established and loyal clientele (built up over the last 20 years!).

We are looking for the possibility of a full time therapist (ideally 3 years experience min) who must hold qualifications to NVQ level 2/3, and hold a valid EU Working Visa. Applicants should be fully confident in facials, waxing, pedicure/manicure, spray tanning, eyebrow/eyeleash tinting and threading. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE COMPETENT IN THE ABOVE. Experience with Crystal Clear and Dermalogica is an advantage.

Ideally a full time therapist qualified in the above is ideal – however a part time role may also exist alongside, to fulfil all the customer services currently offered. To allow full flexibility for the perfect candidate, we would also consider employing 2 part time therapists to fill the role.

Position to commence late Sept/early October

Still recruiting for thie fabulous position!! Ideal candidate not found - could it be you?

Queens Park isn't in west london is it? I am in Uxbridge West London and i didn't think central London was classed as west london - i think you mean west end in which case a very different ball game - i could be wrong though

Maida vale would be a good description :) I think you're right Eden as it's within the borough of Westminster. Confusing-yes. It is in Central London though- I investigated as I was interested Postcode Map London Hotels Search Hotel

Thanks for the concern ladies! But I'm not crazy! :)

We are classed as West London, as we are a w9 postcode. Unfortunately we do not fall into the 'West End' category.

How far would it be from Uxbridge then? I would be driving?
