hi!

i am really wanting to train in fake bake, i emailed lauren @ fake bake twice and have had no reply.

does anyone know the number or any information about the training please?

does anyone know if they train you in manual method aswell as spray?

i am qualified in st tropez manual + spray but want to change to fake bake and prefer the manual method.

thankyou

xx:lol:

Phone 01698815100 and i think its option 4 to go through to the training dept!

not done the training myself so cant answer your other questions sorry!

Hiya, I'm a Fake Bake trained Spray Tan Tech. The number I use is 0870 054 4455, Monday to Friday 9-5 I think. Fake Bake definitely offer both spray and manual tan training - the manual training was going on a floor above us spray tan rookies. I can't fault the training and still follow Lauren the Trainer's many hints and tips. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase Fake Bake equipment or products on the day either, although I know they've launched their mobile franchising since so it might've all changed. Good luck xx

i trained in the manual method with them , its a really nice tan xxx

I think the reason they havent answered your email is because Fake Bake's customer service is absolute PANTS! It's probably why not many people use them any more. Good luck with the numbers hun i hope you get somewhere xxx

Can't disagree too much here, although I find dealing with Fake Bake by phone much, much more productive than on-line. And it's soooooo worth perservering xx

I love Fake Bake and so do my clients!
I have an account manager (Michaela) and if I ever have any issues/questions/concerns I give her a ring and she sorts it all out in a jiffy.
I have to agree though about the customer service; it's pretty poor.

just read all the replys thankyou very much for the numbers and advice! cant wait to get started xx:)
