Hi al

Can anyone tell me if there is any EZFlow educators on here, just got a couple of questions

Thanks X

sparklepink comes on some times and izzydoll can normally answer too as she used to educate for them.

I second Izzy. She helped me heaps when I took my EZ Flow course. You can PM her.

Nancy :)

Tbh you will be lucky. I spent thousands with Ezflow and went through all my training and moaned the the ass of my the distributor for more education and to be fair he was fab, but then he left Ezflow right at the time that I was supposed to be doing my masters. I was basically left high and dry.

Fortunately I had my CND conversion in the pipeline and have now gone on with them. But......................... what if I hadn't? What would have happened then?

If I am to honest I am totally disgusted by Ezflow's lack of concern and care about Ezflow "team members". I spent money, was, I believe, a good student, trained and now I am wiped from their radar?

This has been a long time coming and I can only say I am not the only one, I have heard nothing from this company, since the Scottish distributor left and it leaves a very sour taste in my mouth that I championed this company for so long, and now it is if I don't even exisit.

Never heard a thing, not even as much as a leaflet.

All I can say is this, very great shame on you, if you feel you have to be paid to post on here.

That is all I have to say, and if anyone wants to question me on that do it on this thread and we can all then sing from the hymn sheet.

I just have to add all facts are said and true. I am dying to hear from an Ezflow educator that doesn't cost 50 pence a minute.

hi all! im an EzFlow educator, can I help at all?
Fifi, the only thing I can think of regarding your situation is its different subdistributors take to do with each region, I'd assume if you rang Graftons they'd be able to help you out, as they are the company who supply the subdistributors. They wouldnt have your details - that would have been the subdistributor. Ring and ask to speak to Amber. I dont work through Graftons so Im not to sure how it works.

Thanks hunny, but they had my details to tell me that my distributors were gone. Took long enough to tell me!

Where did that leave me?

I subsequently called them for an order but was let down big time. Took too long to get here 10 days is not acceptable then had to change my clients wants!

It has been said by certain ezflow educators, 'why should they give free advice on salon geek when they get payed in the classroom'
I'm not about to start naming names but I can say that I have heard this by an educator myself.
This attitude, amongst other things, has put a dampner on my relashionship with the company...shame beacuse I have no problem with the products.

sorrry hunny what was your question?

well guys if i can help i will

I love the Ezflow products, but since doing my conversion and creative design course I have to say that my dealing's with the company have been virtually non existent.
It took me an absolute age just to get my certificates, and I was told differing stories depending on who I spoke to, when I got someone to reply to me.
I am now looking for another company to invest my money in, that will actually invest there time in me once I have done my conversion ..x

Oh it was just a couple of questions, the usual stuff cuticle and side wall lifting ! I PMed crazysaz and she has given me a couple of pointers.

I think I could really do with a short refresher course in L&P I trained in it way back but have always used gel, all the courses I have looked into are either conversion or full courses which I dont think i need ???

Crayzsaz is the person to ask for that and fair play to her for answering, I hope you get the answers and the support that you need and more to the point deserve.

i know of an awful lot of people who have been very let down by ezflow. It seems that if an educator leaves an area then there is no replacement lined up and people are seemingly forgotten about...even those with an enormous amount of talent that would probably do the product proud if given the support and enouragment to go further.
Saying that i cannot complain from personal experience.....as their saving grace for me has been in their area manager for the south east, Samantha Rathbone. She is the nicest person and is always at the end of the phone if i need her.... and also comes to see me often in my workplace just to see how i am getting on and if i need any help with anything. If ezflow had 10 of her spread throughout the country i could garantee no one would be disappointed.

back to the thread, lol.....
i also was having problems with lifting in those areas...but it seemed only with various clients. i know my prep is fine......i have since put it down to my mix ratio being too wet, as well as may be not pressing the product in place firmly enough. i have found that even though some say the ratio can be quite variable i find it has to be pretty spot on to make sure your enhancements are problem free.

I have been told to use HD dry, but either I cant pick up a big enough bead or there is alot of polymer left on the brush so I dump it and try again ! ?

i too was using the hd and having the problems. i was using it with the Qmonomer...are you?? just to add though as i was using the q monomer i was still doing my q monomer prep inc the primer. The nails themselves looked great when i had first finished but they just didnt last

I know Izzy no longer is an educator for EZ Flow but the knowledge is still in there and she did help me heaps.

And Fifi, I second the whole EZ Flow rant, only I'm in NZ. Izzy knows the story.

Sad isn't it?

Nancy
