Any Nail Techs in Israel?

I was wondering if there are any nail techs on here in Israel? My Hubby is Israeli and we are planning to eventually move over there. Apparently nail extensions are a big thing over there. If I qualify over here, does my qualification with EN cover me for israel?

I just read about Israel and nails on an NFU web site...

the woman (whose name left my mind for now) said they were all for gel pink and whites...

as for an EN qualification, I'd choose another bigger thing.
