Any photographic entrys from the Scottish nail comp to show us??!

Was just curious as to what the other entry's were like, as I entered but I don't know where I came yet..

I have seen Kirsty Lund's which came second and it's BRILLIANT.. :green:

Mine is in my album on my profile.. Not a patch on the winners though obviously!!

It's now on my profile.. Not very clear at all though due to the quality being reduced..

The actual entry is the fully black & white one..

I have had some feedback though so I know it is FAR from a winning photo.

I also entered, there is a pic in my profile - it might be difficult to see properly but the badges were all 60's related. I think I came last, or near to last anyway:cry: but I loved doing the photo, it was a brilliant experience and I would definately enter another photographic comp.
I totally get what the judges said on my sheet - not enough focus on nails, and two of them said 'great photo but better suited for a teen mag' LOL:lol:

They are right, I saw the top 3 and the focus especially on two of them was obviously nails. I still love my photo though, I'm really pleased with it but I can see now that it is not what they were looking for. There's always the next comp!.

Did you enjoy doing it? would you enter again?

Yes I will enter again in the future.. But not before I put alot more thought, time and effort into it and really work hard on a great and unique set of nails.. Rather than so basic.. :smack:

Yes, me too. Nails on my pic were very very simple white Acrylic with a black curve across the side - then I saw Kirsty's entry and thought - :idea: now I get it - its all about the nails!! xx
