Hi ladies and gents i've been reading about nsi balance gel and considering changing once i have finished my en course, can i use any uv lamp with it i have the en lamp and another lamp from the daylight company are they all the same?? :eek:

In short, no not all uv lamps are the same. The wattage of each lamp is irrelevant, it's uv output that's the important bit and you have no way of measuring that which is why it's best to stick with the lamp for your chosen system.

Another thing to bear in mind is you can't always see by eye whether or not a gel is fully cured. So, using the wrong lamp can put you and your clients at risk of over-exposure as well as service breakdown without knowing......
