I have recently had the latest softwear by Premier softwear installed at my salon and we have had nothing but problems with it!
Our system is slow & unreponsive, even the simplest of tasks such as making a client booking is now over complicated. It’s a real nightmare. All of my staff dread having to use it!
Ive used Premier for 11 years on the old version with no problems at all.
Has anyone else experience these problems?
