Anyone good with computers ...please help me!

Hi guys.
I'm struggling, absolutely hopeless with things like this, so i'm really hoping one of you can help me.

My laptop crashed so has had to be wiped to restore windows. It has wiped everything. My website was connected to outlook express email. So it's even wiped it so that its not connected any more.

Does anyone have any idea how to connect it again. Its asking for a incoming mail server and SMTP server.

:irked: I haven't got a clue and would be so grateful if someone could help me :hug:
