Hi! Im really wanting to stock their products when I open, however, so far their customer service has been shocking (think 8 weeks to get an info pack through-and thats after umptine emails and calls and no individual rep to speak to) I know this should be setting alarm bells off but I love their ranges. However, Im also after a range that supply excellant service, training and support. Has anyone heard of them or had and exp with them, or, know anyone that has? Im kinda stuck with wanting to stock them and so now, cant seem to find another range that compares? Thankyou!xxx
