anyone know the rules for fancy french at prof beauty?

just wondered if anyone knows what this catagory is? is it like a french nail art? pink and white powder? any glitters? sculpts or tips? i keep looking on the prof beauty site, it just says rules coming soon.... and is anyone entering?

Chocolate did a thread on here a while ago, in which she said it was standard pink and whites but with a twist, ie; twirls and swirls! Rules should be out tomorrow, I was told when I rang last week xx
