Hi i was trained in october. Have done many sets and i feel that i am getting better. Lashes look good when they leave the salon, but they do not seem to be lasting more than a week. I still onl charge £20 for two hours work , i think i am getting on approx 15 - 20 lashes per eye. I know its not a lot. But i am getting there. There seems to be a difference in opinion as where the false lashes were to be applied is it about 1/3 of the way down the natural lash( thats what i was trained) or is it approx 1 - 2 mm from the base of the eyelid. I have watched many tutorials they are putting them on the second way. I have went over aftercare advice with the clients. I have a new glue but nothing makes a difference, i am getting very disheartened with the results and feel like giving up. How long does your lashes last?

They should be applied 0.5 mm to 1 mm from the base of the eyelid, and the full length of the natural lash above this should be bonded to the extension,
as a minimum you should be applying 35 extensions per eye, and they should still have most of them on after 2 weeks,
when they come back for their infill you would then be able to do the infilling required and add more where you think is needed,
if your clients are wearing heavy make up or liquid make up around the eye area this will affect the bonds hth :hug:
