I just bought Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk DVD. I really like it as you can do any of the miles separately or do all 5 miles at a time. At the end of the DVD, there is an interview with a woman who lost 106 lbs. with Leslie's DVD's. That IS amazing!

It IS difficult to get and stay motivated, tho! I find it easier to do my exercising first thing in the morning, even if I have to get up an hour earlier. I find if I save it for after work, there are usually one million things that come up and I put it off.

Just remember, you ARE worth it and make time for YOU!

I know what you mean, it is hard. I went on and on for 2 years about how I wanted a treadmill/running machine soooooooo much. Yep, poor hubby crumbled and brought me one for my birthday in November and I used it twice for the first 6 weeks and told so many porkies about using it the guilt was killing me. So now I put the machine in the middle of the lounge before going to bed so it takes up the room which means I have to put it away regardless so I make myself find the time first thing in the morning. Maybe you could set the room up in some way - Nothing like a bit of added guilt to motivate!!! Good luck x

I know its so hard but i need to get movitated i have no energy and low mood from doing nothing only house work how boring!!! my friend actually enjoys doing her's and she looks great. thanks for the advice.:hug:

I have tried exercise dvd's in the past but I tend to get so bored so quickly. I was talking to my hairdresser last week and she got a Wii Fit Board at Christmas and without even trying - she's dropped a dress size by doing some hula hooping game for half an hour every morning. She hasn't so much lost weight but toned up her flabby bits! My next purchase has got to be one of those...there'll be nothing better than exercising without realising it :)

It is really really hard and winter does not help either honey. What I find helps is cutting our things like sugar and yeast from my diet, which is also really hard as I am addicted to them and they give me a quick fix when I am bored doing housework etc. but I find if I can be controlled enough (ha ha) to cut them out for a couple of days I have more energy, less moody and want them less. xx
