:irked: Hello all!

Was wandering for any of you using tantrick of have had tantrick before experience any problems with it? I went for a spray tan with the darker solution vanilla and aloe? Have been spray tanning for 5 years using hvlp machine and its finally given up the ghost. so anyway, went for one at a salon as was desperate and its not developed at all. went back day after to complain and was resprayed with no questions asked. therapist was very confused. still no development of tan at all next day. had exfoliated night before. showered in morning, no moistrisers to act as barrier or anything? very confused. any comments to help me? thanks x

Hi Are you sure it was Tantrick being used I use Tantrick and not had a problem with it at all its brilliant. :0):)

COLIN ...WERE ARE YOU ???

I don't think it would have anything to do with the solution. Tantrick are one of the best out there. I think if you have done everything correctly then it's more likely to be down to the machine. I wonder if the salon has had any more complaints? xxx

I take it you have no tan lines at all? If you werent an experienced tanner I'd probably say it was down to some barrier, moisturiser, oily shower gel etc but I assume that this will not be the case with you...

Could be a solution problem but i'd imagine that you arent the only client they have sprayed? Could you actually feel the solution coming out when they sprayed you? Did you have a knicker line when they had finished?

This is the Autumn Gold that you are describing,
it is a 10.5% solution and is one of our intelligent solutions so would mimic the colour that you would get from the sun when the sun has given you a nice deep dark tan.

Were you in the room with the sprayer when she set the machine and poured the solution into the cup,
did she give the solution a good shake before putting it into the cup ?
the only time i have ever had a client that has genuinely not gone brown was the one time that i forgot to shake the solution bottle before pouring it into the cup,
i have never made the mistake again.

as someone else said it may have been some other solution but I'm guessing she was inexperienced or untrained and did not give it a good old shake to distribute the DHA,
hth

COLIN ...WERE ARE YOU ???
