I haven't worked for Neilson, however, I do holiday with them fairly regularly always taking advantage of the spa facilities - well I do like to relax as hard has possible!! :lol:
The last time I went the girls had only recently changed to Elemis and from the conversations I had with them were loving it, even those who had trained in other systems and were concerned about moving across.
From chatting 'off the record', the girls are worked hard, the accommodation is not luxurious by any standard but they seem to go back year after year so they must have a good time or they wouldn't go back. I know quite a few of them were off to their winter season jobs within a couple of weeks and were already planning where to go the following Summer.
Neilson are based in Brighton (near me) and have a good reputation for both holidays and as a good employer
