Aqua Nails/Bubble nails

i was on youtube today trying to work out exactlly how to do these anyone point me in the right direction? I understand that there are a couple of ways to do it. please help.

Do a forum search. This topic has been discussed many times and the threads that show up should answer most of your questions. Also try "aquarium nail", just another name for the bubble nail, but may give you more search results.
