I ordered a 200 grams off light blonde hair from Archie loyd after a couple off washes it turned into straw I emailed them a picture and sent a sample in 2 weeks later they asked for another sample said I did not send enough hair and are now ignoring me . They do not respond to any emails I’ve had to have them removed attached is a pick after 1 month . They asked what shampoo I use and I use pureology they emailed and said that’s not what they recommend do no refund .

I’ve had exactly the same with Archie Lloyd’s! Done the same with every single set I’ve purchased for all clients! The customer service is shocking they always just ask for samples and they say they didn’t receive anything!!

Same as I set 2 lots off samples and no refund I’m actually getting them removed now and my extension lady can’t believe how bad the quality is she says it’s defo not Russian [emoji35]
