has anybody else had any issues? on the website it says allow 10 days delivery... fair enough.. but my order came after 20 days! and they've only sent 1/3 of my order... and 2 of the shades are completely wrong! i could cry! i needed it for this weekend so had to order from elsewhere leaving me out of pocket

the quality of the hair is lovely... just wondering if it's a one off! i'm hoping so as i was really looking forward to using them

Gosh no mistakes in my orders. The hair is fabulous! I receive an order each week from them and have not had a mix up or wrong colour. So glad to have found a good supplier of Russian hair that's not extremely expensive!
