Are we sitting correctly?

Can you help? When I do lash extensions on clients I wear a head lamp and magnifier with light. After 20mins my neck is hurting from leaning over and I'm worried about my overall posture.

Is there a better magnifier and light to use? How do ensure you don't stoop?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
