When was the last time that you read the Geek commandments ????????

My particulary favourites are:

1 - Thou shalt post constructively. Guilty Grand Geek.... I am a glass half empty kind of gal (mostly because I have already drunk it lol) and attempting to be constructively positive is postively mind blowing ! I will perservere
5 - Reply to others how you would like them to reply to you Guilty Grand Geek I have been known to sin and let my fingers do the keyboard tapdance before my brain has finished digesting the second half of the above drink ! I shall only drink and keyboard tapdance once a week.
10 -Thou shalt use the spell checker Guilty Grand Geek I am a serial sinner the spell check does not work and please use points one and two as refererence for the finger dyslexia
15 - Thou shalt post at least 1 thought provoking thread per week Not Guilty Grand Geek I have posted many new thought provoking threads, admitidely not always with the outcome I expected
20 - Thou shalt not suggest more commandments in this thread

I personally don't think I've ever sinned, at least not on purpose. I believe the Geek Commandments should be read once a week by everyone. :hug:

Do you really expect those massive sinners to admit it LOL.

We as Mods have such a laugh (warped sense of humour) - when you sign up and agree to join Salon Geek you get sent a link to the Geek Commandments and you are signing saying you agree to abide by them.

Now how many people come on here and their very first post is a rule breaker - advert, troll, PM, blog etc. etc.

I must admit, I am a sinner, I often jump in and suffer from foot in mouth disease and I cannot remember the last time I created a thought provoking thread.

I hope that all those sinners have read the Geek Commandments now and may repent LOL.

I must be the biggest sinner of them all because I had never read the geek commandments until now! Now that I have read them I realise that I think I was following those rudes inadvertantly because many of them are simply common courtesy and good manners.
My biggest sin would be that I have never gotten into the habit of typing one thought provoking thread per week. I always read other people's threads on here and think they start really good threads and mine seem bland in comparison! So this is definately where I need to work on my skills
