Hi hope you all had a lovely xmas, was wondering if any geeks can help me out, i have a hnd in beauty and was going to take a refresher course in aromatherapy massage but to be honest i just need the massage routine brushed up on. I originally had a manual that i must have misplaced.

Can anyone recommend a good book that can help me work on my routines or if anyone has a copy of a manual.

It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks L xxx

What about a DVD?
helen mcguiness does a good range.

It sounds like you have a really good excuse for going and having a couple of massages somewhere...:)

My routine follows the following format;
back
backs of legs
feet
turn client over
balancing moves on feet again
fronts of legs
stomach
arms
chest, shoulders & neck
face & scalp

I don't have my manual anymore but to be honest what I do now is so far removed from what I was taught I'm not sure it would help me much anyway!!

Why not get some guinea pigs in for a freebie session so you can practice, perhaps you remember more than you think?? Xx

Thanks girls I have looked up internet so will order the helen mcguiness dvd thanks for the recommendation, as for the massage for myself sounds a fab idea lol xx
