Asking for a friend

Hi my friend (and nail tech) done my nails and within 2 days four went from being really secure to literally pinging off, this is never happened before and was wondering if this could be because I had a 60min mani before?
When she repaired them she said my nails were perfectly smooth even though she had filed them loads xx

Did she use water on your nails during your mani x

Perhaps she used oils or didn't prep your nails properly any trace of oils could disrupt the adhesion to the nail plate
