At home nail tech

Hello all , im new here and just want some advice.
Im a certified nail tech and im wanting to start a business up at home. I have no idea how to start this.. the legal requirements, the insurance, etc etc. can someone maybe give me a bullet point of important stuff i need to make sure its all done the right way. Ive never started a small business before. Thank you

If you have done your NVQ you should still be good to have insurance, if you are doing mobile or from home
have a good look around as some insurance policy’s are different for mobile or salon based.
You will need a copy of your nvq certificates for most insurance companies to gain insurance.
