At last I have 2 bookings!! but I am now sooooo nervous,I hope I do everything right and that my clients like my room!! I now have to hope that they re-book too!! I also had a client call and she provisionaly book in for saturday and said she would gety back to me,but sher hasnt yet do you think I should text her? If so what should I say as not to sound pushy but I do need to know whether or not she is coming cos I need to buy something for the treatment if she is coming and i dont want to be out of pocket if she doesnt come. any ideas greatfully recieved.

hi wishes,it would be nice to know where you stand,if it was me i would text and id say something along the line of'would you like me to leave a slot in my appointment book because im getting quite full and as im loyal to my clients i dont want dissapoint you'...it might work lol

Firstly well done on getting your first clients.I am sure they will like your room and that you will do everything right.Make sure you tell your clients you dont have a card machine to take payments (if you dont)when they book the treatments,so they know to bring cash for payment.Make sure you have spare change for change to be given back.I usually keep £20.00 in coinage.Let us know how you get on and enjoy!!!This is what it's all about.

Regarding the client who phoned and said she would ring back I wouldn't call her back,It will sound like you're desperate.If you're going to need the item for future treatments I would just buy it anyway.HTH x
