I've done this design some time ago for one of the magazines.

elongate nail bed using Makeover Pink by Astonishing Nails, and create clear stiletto extension on form

blend brown acrylic from smile line towards free edge

blend orange and add a little bit of gold acrylic (glitter dust) over nail bed elongation

and red + add transparent crushed foil

encapsulate, file and shape, using Get Even buffer 220/280 smooth ridges, and using Polycolor paint and one stroke technique start creating design

change colour and add more leafs

apply No cleanse top seal and cure 2 minutes
