Axiom: Male Waxing

What a fantastic day I’ve had on Axiom (Andy) Male Waxing Course.
Just like Monday’s workshop, Axiom was very forthcoming with info’ in this area and we had some really nice models to work on.
The tips and techniques shared today will no doubt be invaluable in years to come (although I intend to attend more of his courses). For those of you interested this specialist field, you’d have loved it!
He’s a really calm and patient educator.

Don’t worry if you missed out today though, as he’ll be running another one in Aug/Sept.
I would honestly say his course is a must if you’re looking to add to your waxing treatments.

I would have loved to went on the course today if I wasn't so busy in the salon. Hopefully I'll be able to go on a futre course with Andy because Monday's course was so worthwhile and, as you say, his courses are spot on!

I should have gone to Andy's waxing workshop but was poorly - i was gutted!

Yes I'm definitely up for that - I plan to run another Geeky Waxing Workshop in London at some point over the next couple of months, but if you want me to come further north I'm happy to do so. Depending on how much interest there was, I'd need someone to find me premises (could even be someone's salon) and enough waxpots to go round (I'd only be able to fit 1 in my luggage! We'd need a minimum of 4 if you want to try all the different hard waxes). If it was a fair old distance I might also need to blag a spare room for the night too, as I don't drive and would be coming by train!.... Over to you!

If you run a corse on the south coast again Andy you can have my salon for the day,i have 2 treatment rooms that are huge,and i could convert the reception and nail room into another for the day if more people wanted to attend.I would of course be there to hand out the wine....LOL:lol:

You could willingly use my salon but it is tiny, it is only one room and would only fit about six peeps in at the most, i don't have a spare room or you would be more than welcome to stay over hun,

I'm desperate for female/male intimate waxing courses, sick of booking them and then they cancel at the last minute.
I live in Newcastle but will obviously travel
One question though the last time I used a pot wax was at college, I use the roll on wax now, would I be able to pick it again up easily enough.

I often think pot and spatula waxing is like learning to ride a bike - once learnt, never forgotten! It may take a short while to get back into the swing of things, but I'm sure you'd pick it back up with no problems and any course you attend should (hopefully) include a refresher on how to use hard wax (if this is what the trainer uses to teach with). Do you have a kit at home you could dig out and have a play with before attending a course, perhaps?

Andy,
No I don't, when I left college I went and bought the clean n easy roller system with no intention of using the pot and spatula.
To tell the truth its been that long I would need a refresher, wouldn't feel confident just diving in there using it.
There is a wholesalers near me doing a one day course soon but I've been booked onto it once before and they cancelled last minute due to people pulling out so I don't hole out much hope, looks like I'll have to travel down to your good self. Do you have any dates for the next ones?
