Ayurvedic course

Hi everyone
I have an interest in ayurvedic treatments and would like to know how effective these treatments and products are, as i have heard so much about them and I would like to train in the ayurvedic skin care treatments / products and would like to know a recommended venue(s) to train at.

I did an Ayurvedic Facial Massage course last with Ayurveda Pura. They are based in Highbury, North London and the day course was great. They have a lovely range of products too.

could I ask what the ayurvedic facial massage treatment involve and is it a therapeutic treatment for the client.

abhyana
padabhyanga
udwarthanam
kansa vataki
ayurvedic facial

kata vasti
kerala cranial massage
Indian head massage
Indian face massage
tibetan head massage
tibetan eye rejuvenation

I teach ayurvedic foot ritual and ayurvedic face massage, but can advise you on some of the treatments that you may wish to learn.

Hi yes it is lovely treatment and I combine it in my holistic facial. I use the techniques during massage part of the treatment and my clients like it very much.

My facial treatment is now purely Ayurvedic (as it suits the retreat I work at) and found that my clients much prefer it to the prescription ones I was doing. My massage movements are based on the Rasayana anti ageing techniques.

I only do prescription when requested, as part of my mobile work now and stick to Ayurvedic Face Lift Massage for the rest of the time.
