My mum in law had this, I think her main symptoms were tiredness and brain fog
She had a series of injections and now one every 3 months and is feeling much better x

I have pernicious anemia and regularly get b12 injections. My body doesn’t properly absorb b12 through foods or b12 tablets. Some symptoms can be weakness, dizziness, headaches, numbness, depression and blurry vision.
B12 deficiency can be relatively easy to treat.

So far I have angular chelitus, palpitations off balance at times, fatigue, pale sallow skin, brain fog and forget little things. How did they diagnose you?
