yep, then you phone them and they say" oh, we have been trying to contact you, we have the wrong phone no for you" This happened to me FIVE times how many times do you have to give you number???
I asked to speak to the manager to see if this was their 'policy' as it was always the same person ( recognised the voice), not very helpful
Now with the Guild.
