My client from yesterday had jus come in with a bold spot on the top of her head.
I used normal tints with 3% and a foil of 12/81 highlight tint and a 6% as she’s already blonde all colour was in foils and not on scalp
I’ve done her hair before and I did it for her birthday night out yesterday
The spot feels warm and the skin around is dry

I have recommended taking a anti histamine.
To me it looks like alopecia but the warmth from the spot makes me suspicious
Help please any advice welcome

For me it is alopecia. She should visit a doctor. In my opinion alopecia can exist with inflammation.

I would say it looks like an alopecia spot. Has the client been unwell recently or under a lot of stress?

Alopecia, need to see a trichologist

Thankyou she’s been to emergency doctors and it’s been diagnosed as alopecia
I hope it doesn’t turn into a larger area for her.
Thanks for all your comments
