June 10th 2012 will see the BABTAC & CIBTAC awards take place at Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington and, as this year's awards ceremony also marks the 35th anniversary of BABTAC, there's no doubt that this is going to be one to remember.
BABTAC have just announced that Carlton Professional, supplier of premium quality beauty and spa equipment and Barry M, the UK's leading cosmetics brand will be joining Scratch Magazine and ISIS Beauty Academy as sponsors. Carlton will be sponsoring the 'BABTAC Beauty Therapist of the Year' awards and Barry M will sponsor the 'BABTAC and CIBTAC Make Up Artist of the Year' award.
Dean Mero, Managing Director of Barry M says, "As one of the few remaining truly British cosmetics companies, we wanted to support the UK beauty industry by sponsoring a category that celebrates talented British make-up artists." Not only does it make sense, it's great to see the recognition and promotion of British-based brands in an age when many similar companies are being swallowed up by larger international companies.
