Is it just me?!! Every time I order from Beauty Express there is always something wrong with th order (wrong colour nail polish, wrong wax, etc).
I try to avoid using them because of this but sometimes their the only stockists of something but it really is wrong every single time!
This week they sent me latex instead of vinyl gloves and then the replacement they sent today was latex again!!
What really gets me is how unapologetic they are too. It must be costing them a fortune sorting out wrong stuff all the time.
Just a rant really but is it just me?!!
