We have a room or nail bar available to rent in well established Salon located on a main road in Westbourne, Bournemouth.

The salon is currently open 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday) and has a reception, kitchen and cloakroom; it also has a secure inner waiting area for when the reception is not manned.

The Salon currently has 2 beauty/massage rooms, 1 electrolysis room and 2 nail bars, there is space for another room or nail bar if required.

All rooms are fully equipped; with the nail bars having access to the full range of Jessica products. Rental can include use of salon products or you can supply your own. The salon uses Pier Auge & Susan Molyneux beauty products as well as Bio Sculpture.

Client bookings are done by a specialist Salon computer system; wireless internet access is also available. Processing of electronic card payments can also be offered.


Rental of these facilities is very flexible and can be rented either by the day of week; this flexibility represents a fantastic opportunity for -

• a therapist looking to start up on her own.
• a mobile therapist wanting to cut down on travelling.
• an alternative therapist seeking a room to treat their own clients.
• A botox / collagen practitioner seeking a regular location in the Bournemouth area

Basic rental for room or nail bar will be ~£30 per day and will include lighting, heating, water.

Rental for other services are available by negotiation, rates for weekly rentals can be negotiated at a lower rate.

Hiya, I am enquiring about your treatment room for rent for a couple of days per week. I have just completed my VRQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy course at Bournemouth College where I studied Manicures, Pedicures, Facials, Eye treatments, Body Massage, Tanning, Body and Facial Electricals. Please would you be able to let me know if the treatment room is still available and if my qualifications are enough. I would love to rent a room from you as i've always wanted to start up on my own.
