Hi fellow geeks.
I have a large beauty room to rent in my salon. There is an existing clientelle waiting that I have built over the 3-4 months we have been established, we are in a very popular built up area not far from the town centre with parking available and we have a lovely team working here. Unfortunately, I have been doing the beauty myself (as well as hairdressing with the team) and I just can't do it anymore on my own - I can't fit everyone in who calls for beauty so I know the demand is definitely there for whoever would like this opportunity. This room will be a little gold-mine for someone who can give it their all, you will have full support from myself and the team in a great work environment, a busy salon in which you can promote yourself and I can work with you on things too, a very prominent salon location on a busy junction which is fantastic for passing trade and promotions.
I am looking for around £100 per week which will include everything inc electric, water, laundry, reception services (always someone to answer your phone and book clients in if thats what you want) so its pretty much everything I think except your stock and products of course.
You will be alone to offer beauty so you will get everything that comes into the salon. I must be clear and say that I have a nail technician so any nails (acrylics/gels) that come into the salon will be offered to her and also spray tanning will be done by a girl who has a large clientelle already but by all means, if you have your own clients then that is understood and we can come to some arrangement with the use of the tan per tan you do.
