Beauty Room

[spoilt!]

Hi,
I am looking to hire out a beauty room within a hairdressers. However I think the asking price is way to high!
I will have my own set of keys and come and go as I please, I have a whole front window to use however I wish. The room is slightly smaller than a normal theripist room, and has a sink in one corner.
Can anyone help me with what is an acceptable amount to pay?

What do you think its worth?

Try and get a figure you'd be happy with then decide what terms you would like eg, half price rent for a week or two to get you started etc.

When you go back in a try to negotiate remember to make your offer appealing.
For example if you are going to try and get cheaper rates what can you offer them? How can your presence bring in more clients for the hairdresser? How can your business impact theirs positivly?

By addressing these issues you will build a strong base on which to negotiate.
