Hi,
I am looking to rent out the beauty salon that is above my hair salon to someone who basically, can give it more than me.
I am a hairdresser and beautician, I have been building the business for 6 months now and both parts of the salon are doing well and growing clientelle but it's now got to a point that I can't keep up with both so I would like a confident motivated beauty therapist who feels ready to run their own business to take it over from me..
I will help and assist you with whatever I can, we have a great team of hairdressers who can assist you by doing laundry, take phone calls and bookings for you.
The space consists of:
- large beauty room which is furnished with a beauty/massage bed, beauty trolley, wax pot, small display table and a large storage cupboard.
- light, bright, spacious spray tan room fully equipped with tanning tent, tanning machine, a revolving mirrored storage unit.
- large bright nail room fully furnished with nail table, 2 chairs, sofa, relaxing chair for pedicure area.
- new clean modern kitchen area (your own area)
- large new clean modern toilet facilities (to share with hair salon)
This would be ideal for any beauticians out there who want to take the plunge and have your own salon business, but with the support of a good team around you to assist you with things and if course, a salon that is already set up ready for you and a clientelle building.
