Hi everyone, so im 32 and i have finally kicked myself up the bum and started my beauty therapy adventure. I have always wanted to go down this path but life got in my way. So when I had my college interview they saw and i mentioned i have a dermal piercing on my face i was told it was fine. now almost 2 months after starting my course im being told i have to get it cut out of my face otherwise i will fail my course. its small enough to be covered with a plaster and not cause an issue but that is not allowed apparently. I have spoken with the company in charge of the final assessments and they have told me its not one of their policies it is purely the college and their reputation. Any advice. My piercing i got it done as a symbol for my child I lost so he is always twinkling close to me.
