Beauty therapy recruitment websites?

Hi geeks! Does anybody know of any good beauty therapy recruitment websites? I have just finished my HND in beauty therapy and have trained for four years, Ive been job hunting for a few months now but have had no luck what so ever Ive been working part-time as a therapist for three years and im getting a little dis-heartened by the whole process.
Any advice would be appriciated, thanks.

As an employer I found some great CV's on Hair2BeautyJobSource.com: Beauty Jobs | Hairdressing Jobs | Beauty Recruitment but I can't say as an employee looking.

But surely it's worth registering with Agencies as yiu don't have to pay them the Salon will.
