How ridiculous is that Glynis?! I'd write a formal letter of complaint to the Practice Manager.

In the meantime, perhaps you could ask to be referred to a specialist consultant, who can hopefully find the cause of your discomfort and the way to resolve it.

thank you for all your replies - im now in the process of switching doctors - and the one im going to is gonna find out the prob - ive had this doc recommended me to, so thats whats happening, im just wiating for my new nhs card as we speak -

i even had a letter today with a prescription in it for something that i didnt even ask for -shows how good my previous doctor was eh
